This area is one of the most sought after places to live within Bristol. There are a number of large train stations in and around Bristol giving you a range of access to train lines travelling up and down the country. Trains outbound from Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway give access to the North and South of England as well as London and Wales.
The city can also be accessed via coaches with the main providers being Megabus and Stagecoach. These buses can again access the North and South of England as well as London and Wales and also provide transport from the city to the airport and vice versa.
Bristol airport is situated 9 miles from the City Centre and takes roughly 22 minutes to travel that distance by car.
Internal transport within Bristol is provided by First Bus and MetroBus. There are a number of park and ride points allowing you to catch a bus into the city to avoid busy traffic. A more novel way to travel around the city is provided by Number Seven Boats and Bristol Ferry Boats who will provide regular ferry services along the harbourside. There are of course a number of taxi services as well as Uber.
